Shipping
International shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maerks, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, Panalpina or Exel.
Note: Due to COVID-19 orders are typically processed within 3 business days after receiving.
International Orders:
International orders ship via one of two methods at checkout:
Duties may be due upon delivery – Delivered Duties Unpaid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. Customer assumes responsibility of any applicable fees.
Receive in duties paid: DDP – Import duties & taxes are paid upon checkout.
If you are an international customer and/or you paid for expedited shipping, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned minus the cost of shipping on your original order. We highly suggest obtaining a copy of the return label from your local courier showing our return address, weight of the package and tracking number for faster processing.
Please Note: Costs associated with the return of an international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please indicate that this is a return on the Commercial Invoice to avoid further taxes and duties.
Address Changes:
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your items arrive to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can't change/adjust an order after it's placed due to this reason.
Defects/Flaws:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please connect us so that our team can help. Of note: we have a 60 day warranty on all footwear.
What if I refuse my order?
Orders that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee.
